Masjid Al Quraish was constructed in 1995  by Al Haj Ghulam Shabbir Qureshi Rahmatullahi. The minerat was then constructed in 2018. The land was given by Al Haj Ghulam Shabbir Qureshi as waqf with the original mosque taking several years to build in stages.

The mosque consists of a large prayer area where approx 200 musali are able to perform prayers and an outside courtyard with space for 100 musalis. Other facilities include a wudu / abolution area for 15 people.

The mosque is located in the village of Tanyot, Azad Kashmir and currently has approx 75 student learning Quran daily.
